We make shipping easy by charging $5 to ship regardless of your order size (watch for Free Shipping promotions!). Since our shipping fees are flat-rate, go ahead and load up that cart, it won’t cost you more! We use UPS to ship all our orders and always provide you with a tracking number. We must have a street address to ship your order. Orders are processed the next business day and ship Monday-Friday. We do not ship internationally. Items Purchased In-Store: You may return purchases at any of our locations regardless of the location where it was purchased. Returns within 45 days of their purchase date will be refunded at purchase price. All returns are subject to inspection of wear. Beyond 45 days, your refund will reflect the current price of that item in our stores or online. We cannot accept any returns beyond 90 days.
Items Purchased OnlineYou may return online purchases at any of our locations or through the mail using the shipping method you prefer. Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping is at the customer’s expense. Returns within 45 days of their purchase date will be refunded at purchase price. Clearance Items: If you have ordered an item from the Clearance page of our website, or purchased items from Crazy Days, those items are non-refundable. All purchases of that type are final.
Defective Items: If you receive a defective item, please contact us as soon as possible with details of the product and the defect. You can bring the item to any of our stores, or email us a photo of the defective item. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.
Shipping Fees for Returns: Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to returns during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.
